Richard Hind, MRCVS - Joined 1978
Richard qualified in 1978 and spent 15 years working in mixed veterinary practices. In 1993 Richard and Bill took over Lawrence Veterinary Centre and have concentrated on small animal work ever since. Richard has a special interest in eye problems. Away from work he enjoys walking, cycling and helping his son with his small flock of sheep.
William Skinner, MRCVS - Joined 1987
Bill graduated from Glasgow University in 1977, taking over the practice from John Mason in 1993. He has an interest in surgical cases. In his spare time Bill enjoys restoring classic cars and scuba diving.
Richard Sanders, RVN - Joined 1990
Richard qualified in 1998 with a credit, achieving the highest overall pass rate for both first and second year exams in the country and the highest grade achieved in the radiology practicals for that year. As Head Nurse he takes an active roll in the running of the whole practice. He is very experienced and has a very calming, professional attitude in all situations. Outside of work Richard enjoys spending time with his family, walking their two dogs, Fern and Floyd, and is also a very keen F1 fan.
